Forecast

Cuyahoga County’s purchasing and contracting forecast provides details on contracting and purchasing opportunities for a 24-month period. It will be updated semiannually each year by January 1 and July 1.

This forecast:

  • Enhances competition by helping vendors learn about potential prime contracting opportunities early in the process.
  • Provides advance notice to enhance participation by small business enterprises (SBEs), minority business enterprises (MBEs), and women business enterprises (WBEs).

Commissions and Committees

The Citizens’ Advisory Council on Equity and the Equity Commission were developed to take a look at both external, community-wide factors and internal practices that may contribute to current inequities and provide recommendations to create a more equitable County.

Citizens’ Advisory Council on Equity (CACE)
CACE is made up of 17 community leaders who will offer key insights and recommendations to make the County a more diverse and equitable place.

County Equity Commission
This internal commission brings together leaders from various County agencies to examine current County policies and protocols, how they affect different populations, and how they can be improved and accessible for all.
