Pay Online
Pay by e-check or credit/debit card.
Things to Know
- There is no fee for payments by electronic check.
- Fees apply when paying online using a debit or credit card. Debit cards are a flat fee of $2.95 and credit cards are 2.3% with a minimum charge of $1.50.
Pay by Phone
Call 1-877-738-1212 to pay by debit/credit card or e-check.
Things to Know
- The taxpayer has to enter a Star/Asterisk ("*") to represent spaces in their parcel number. For example, if their parcel number is 123-45-678 they would enter their parcel number on the phone as 123*45*678

Other Ways to Pay
Key Bank accepts check and money order payments for property taxes at all Cuyahoga County branch locations. The customer must provide the original tax bill to process the payment over the counter. Payments must be processed for the entire amount of the tax bill.
Taxpayers can also drop off payments by check and money order at all Cuyahoga County Auto Title Bureau locations. (Only during collections).
