The Business Attraction Incentives program offers a financial incentive to a company to create new jobs in Cuyahoga County by relocating into the County. This program helps bring more jobs to Cuyahoga County, providing more opportunities for County residents to pursue career and wage pathways.

The Business Attraction Incentives program is available to any existing business moving from outside of Cuyahoga County. To participate in the program, a business should contact County’s Department of Development staff to provide information about:

• The business itself
• The number, rate of pay, and quality of new jobs the business will create in the County
• Other financial assistance committed to this business by cities and the State of Ohio
